Tati Chermayeff joined Cut+Dry in 2021 and quickly became a core driver of the company’s growth and operational strategy. As Chief of Staff, she oversees go-to-market strategy, corporate development, and cross-functional execution across the organization. Prior to Cut+Dry, Tati founded and operated a profitable venture during her time at Harvard College, where she graduated with Honors and competed as a Division I athlete. Her background combines entrepreneurial discipline, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of the food industry.
